Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Egg Foo Yung

1 cup Better 'n Eggs
6 oz Broccoli Slaw
1 cup Mung Beans, Mature Seeds, Sprouted
3 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Canola Oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Egg Foo Yung

  1. Saute vegies; add 1 packet Splenda & set aside

  2. heat canola oil till a sprout sizzles.

  3. measure out 1/8 of the vegies onto a small plate; pour over just enough egg to pond on plate. Slip into the hot oil and press the vegies in with the spatula. Fry until golden; flip and fry other side. Drain well on paper towels.

  4. Sauce is broth, soy sauce and cornmeal
