Recipe Ingredients for Veggie dip

2 tbsp carrot, chopped fine
1 tbsp green pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp green onion, chopped fine
3 tbsp tomato, chopped fine
2 tbsp dill pickle, chopped fine
4 oz fat free cream cheese, softened
1 cup low fat sour cream
