1 package yields "Burger" Crumbles
14.5 oz Tomatoes Diced
8 oz Mushrooms
1.5 medium Green Bell Pepper
1 large Onions

Recipe Directions for Veggie crumbles spaghetti sauce

Saute veggies with chopped garlic, add "meat" and mushrooms and steam 5 minutes more, then add canned tomatoes and pasta sauce. Simmer for as long as you want. I add spices like italian seasoning, oregano, basil. Serve over spaghetti squash.
