8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 tbs tamari
2 carrots
2 tbs sunflower seeds
2 green onions chopped

Recipe Directions for veggie cream cheese sandwich spread

blend cream cheese with tamari or soy sauce, finely chopped green onions and parsley and grated carrots. Blend in sunflower seeds. Could use any nut instead of sunflower seeds.Could use low fat cc instead.
