Not a "lite" sandwich or even that tasty, but I like it. It's the avocado and bread that add the most calories here (not the cream cheese). You can always use a lighter wrap and use sprouts instead of the avocado. Mix and match the veggies to your hearts content.

2 slices sourdough bread
2 tbs lite cream cheese
1 tbs sun dried tomato
1/2 tomato
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup mixed greens
