********Don't use yet********* First try.. made a ton.. might want to 1/2 the recipe.. Just used stuff I had lying around.. I will revise it if this batch turns out ok. ****Notes**** use more eggs doesn't hold together well, add some cheese, kinda bland, find something to add more flavor, cut carrots, more garlic, butter flavor goes perfect (low cal stuff?)

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie & Crab Slop ;)

1 cup Rice, Brown, Long-grain
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular
432 g corn, can
1 cup mushrooms
16 ounce Crab, Imitation
16 ounce baby carrot
1 tbs garlic
6 eggs, medium
2 1/2 ounce Parmesan, Grated Cheese
1 medium (94g) onion

Recipe Directions for Veggie & Crab Slop ;)

  1. Combine cooked ingredients in baking dish.

  2. Blend eggs and pour over ingredients.

  3. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake 300, for 10-12 min.
