Hearty corn chowder using soy milk

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Corn Chowder

4 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
12 oz Corn, Sweet, Yellow
12 oz Cream Style Corn
24 oz Soymilk Plain
1 cup, diced Celery
4 oz Carrots, Baby
2 oz Broccoli
5 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Veggie Corn Chowder

  1. Cut up all items

  2. boil potatoes first, then pour off half of liquid

  3. mix in other items

  4. Add salt, pepper, cayene pepper to taste

  5. Bring to boil - lower heat and simmer until all items are soft
