6 cup, chopped Collards
3 slices Organic Tempeh - Fakin' Bacon Strips
3 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 serving Liquid Aminos
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for veggie collard greens

  1. wash and chop collard greens

  2. saute fakin bacon in oil until brown

  3. add remaining ingredients and boil until collards are desired tenderness.
