Recipe Ingredients for veggie chilli

20 oz. dry dark red kidney beans
32 oz. dry pinto beans
3 oz. jalapeno
1 white onion
20 oz. zuchinni
8 oz. mushroom
8 oz carrots
56 oz. canned diced tomato
18 oz. tomato paste

Recipe Directions for veggie chilli

Prepare the beans, and run the veggies (not tomato or tomato sauce) through the food processor. drain beans and mix all ingedients in a supersized pot. Bring to a roling boil, cook at a high simmer for half an hour. serve hot. This is my recipie (for a big family with left overs) you can cut it down, it also freezes well.
