Recipe Ingredients for veggie chili - sweet n sour

2 tbsp. Canola oil
3 cups chopped white onion
2 green peppers, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
14 oz. kidney beans
14 oz. pinto beans
14 oz. baked beans
14 oz diced tomato
10 oz. tomato sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 cup splenda
2 tbsp. Chili powder
10 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Recipe Directions for veggie chili - sweet n sour

  1. Add oil, onions and peppers to skillet. Cook until onions are soft. Add all other ingredients and cook.

  2. Serve with rice or alone.
