Vegetarian Chili, can have meat or tofu added when time to eat

Recipe Ingredients for veggie chili

2 cups cooked kidney beans
1 cup diced onion
1 1/2 cups diced green pepper
1 cup corn
3 cloves garlic
2 1/2 medium tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 tbsp chili powder

Recipe Directions for veggie chili

  1. saute all the veggies except tomatoes, add cooked beans,

  2. place tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder and 1 cup water in blender, puree..add to veggies and beans..

  3. cook on low heat for about 20 minutes.

  4. store in fridge until ready to use
