Easy to make, low fat, vegetarian chili.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Chili

240 grams Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds
800 grams Tomatoes Diced
240 grams Beans, White, Mature Seeds, Canned
1 cup Onions
1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
20 grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp Chili Powder
1.5 tsp Cumin

Recipe Directions for Veggie Chili

  1. chop onions, garlic, and green peppers

  2. add vegetables into pot with olive oil

  3. stir and saute until veggies are tender

  4. add 1 cup water

  5. add cumin and chili powder

  6. add canned tomatoes and beans

  7. stir and bring to boil

  8. reduce stove heat, cover, and let simmer for 30 mins.
