Recipe Ingredients for veggie chili

3 cups water
1/2 cup Bulgur
2 tsp Olive Oil
1 Onion
1 Red Pepper
1 tbsp Chili Powder
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Cumin
2 cups Water
1 cup chopped Tomatoes
1 carrot
1 courgette
1/2 cup sweetcorn
1 cup Black Beans
1/4 cup Cilantro

Recipe Directions for veggie chili

Cook bulgur in 3 cups of water until tender. drain and set aside. sauté onion, pepper and garlic until soft. add cumin and chili powder. sauté until fragrant. add water, tomatoes, carrot, courgette and sweetcorn. let simmer for 10 mins. Stir in beans and bulgur. Heat through on low. when done, stir in cilantro. serve with bread and sour cream.
