Recipe Ingredients for veggie chili

455 grams tofu, cubed, sauteed
15 oz red kidney beans
30 oz black beans
15 oz garbanzo beans
6 1/2 oz green peppers
8 oz mushrooms, diced
4 oz onions, diced
1 teaspoon salt
10 oz tomatoes
2 cups water

Recipe Directions for veggie chili

  1. saute cubed tofu and set aside

  2. saute onions until golden

  3. combine all beans with onions, add tofu, tomatoes, and water

  4. Add seasoning and simmer until desired thickness
