I also add Mrs Dash Southwest seasoning, but the recipe analyzer is having a problem finding it :) I make a big pot and freeze several of the servings for future lunches.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Chili

1 Onion
4 cloves garlic
284 ml mushrooms, canned, sliced
1 medium zucchini
5 celery stalks
1/2 green pepper
1 red pepper
341 ml corn, no salt
398 ml peas, no salt
796 ml diced tomatoes, no salt
398 ml green beans, no salt
540 ml kidney beans
568 ml tomato soup
156 ml tomato paste
4 tbsp hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Veggie Chili

Cut up all the veggies and open all the cans. In a large pot, add onion, garlic and any seasonings and let cook for a few minutes. continue to add all veggies to the pot. Add tomato soup, tomato paste, and hot sauce and let pot simmer on low. Serve and enjoy!
