Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Chili

2 medium onions, diced
1 small zucchini, sliced
4 white mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 (300g) package frozen spinach
2 cups kidney beans
6 cups tomatoes
1 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Veggie Chili

  1. saute chopped onions in olive oil

  2. add all other chopped veggies

  3. saute with herbs and spices for 5 mins

  4. add beans

  5. add stewed tomatoes

  6. saute for 20 mins

  7. eat
