1 onion
2 cups carrots
2 yellow peppers
2 red peppers
1 cup celery
1 cup mushrooms
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 1/2 teaspoon basil
1 1/2 teaspoon oregano

  2. sautee

  3. add tomatoes and beans

  4. boil and then simmer
