Betty Crocker Vegetarian Chili with some addtions

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Chili

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper
4 cloves garlic
45 oz can black beans
28 oz tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
30 oz chili beans
12 oz Morningstar Farms Meal Starters Grillers Recipe Crumbles
2 cups frozen corn

Recipe Directions for Veggie Chili

  1. Cook onine, bell pepper, garlic for 5-7 minutes

  2. Stir in beans tomatoes, water, chili powder, cumin & salt

  3. heat to boiling, reduce heat

  4. simmer uncovered 5 min

  5. Top each serving with cheese, sour cream, cilantro as desired.
