15 oz Kidney Beans Dark Red
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
3/4 cup Yellow Squash
0.75 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 cup Diced Tomatoes
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Table Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for veggie chili quick

chop all vegetables, sate with onions add can of tomatoes and beans. cook slowly for about 1/2 hr
