Recipe Ingredients for Veggie chili #1

1 1/4 c. black beans
1 zucchini
1 yellow onion
2 red peppers
16 oz. can diced tomatoes
16 oz. can tomatoes
1 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. chili powder

Recipe Directions for Veggie chili #1

  1. Soak black beans overnight and rinse in morning

  2. cut and saute zucchini

  3. cut and saute yellow onion

  4. cut and saute red peppers

  5. Add tomatoes

  6. Add spices

  7. Cook on low 10 hrs. crockpot
