Recipe Ingredients for Veggie and Cheese Pita Pocket

1 pita, whole wheat
2 oz Cabot 50% light Pepper Jack Cheese
2 slices tomato
6 slices cucumber
2 slices red onion, thin
2 T Kraft Fat Free Ranch Dressing
6 leaves Dole Romaine Lettuce

Recipe Directions for Veggie and Cheese Pita Pocket

  1. Divide pita in half. Fill each half with 1 oz sliced pepper jack, 1 tomato slice, 3 cucumber slices, 3 leaves of lettuce, and 1 red onion slice.

  2. Drizzle each half with 1 T ranch dressing.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
