4 large eggs
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 Green Pepper, diced
1 Red Pepper, diced
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Veggie and cheese Omelette

Add spinach to egg mixture. Sautee onions and peppers and add egg / spinach mixture into pan. Cover and cook on low.
