Omelet with vegetables and smoked provolone.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie/Cheese omelete

3 large Egg, Whole
2 oz Organic Baby Spinach
1/2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 oz Cheese
1 oz House Salsa
1/2 tablespoon Organic Butter

Recipe Directions for Veggie/Cheese omelete

  1. Saute vegetables in butter

  2. Remove vegetables from pan.

  3. Pour scrambled eggs into pan.

  4. Add vegetalbes to 1/2 of omelete, put cheese on other side.

  5. Allow eggs to set.

  6. Fold over and serve.
