Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Cassaro

1 tomato
1 squash
1 zuchini
1 red pepper
1/4 purple onion
1 c mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Recipe Directions for Veggie Cassaro

  1. chop all veggies into small chunk.

  2. salt and pepper, the veggies will make their own juice.

  3. put into glass casserole dish and put in microwave for 5 to 10 minutes, until veggies or tender

  4. put cup of cheese on top and set back in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until melted

  5. then enjoy
