Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Calzones

0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.75 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
0.25 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
1 package Pizza Crust All Ready
1 cup Mozzarella, Low Moisture, Part Skim, Shredded
1 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Veggie Calzones

Heat oven to 425. Spary cookie sheet. In a bowl mix the vegies, basil and garlic salt. Unroll dough on cookie shet and press in a 14 inch square. cut in four piece. Divide cheese between the squares and top with the veegies. Fold squares in half and press the edges with a fork. brush with egg white and cut 2-3 slits in each square for steam. Bake 12 -15 minutes.
