3 flour tortillas
8 ounces fat free refried beans
1 avocado
1/8 cup red onion
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
5 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons fat free sour cream
1 dash of hot sauce

Recipe Directions for veggie burrito

  1. heat beans

  2. warm tortilla

  3. melt cheese on hot tortilla

  4. add the rest of the fresh ingrediants
