Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burgers

16 ounce black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup green bell pepper, cut into 2 inch pieces
1/4 cup onion, cut into wedges
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burgers

Drain and rinse black beans. Mash them with a fork. Beat egg whites and add seasonings. Add to beans and mix well. Add bread crumbs and mix well. For into patties. Fry or grill as you like!
