Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burgers

2 cups oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white beans
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbl soy sauce
1 carrot
1 zuchini
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 onion

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burgers

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Blend in a food processor

  3. Form patties

  4. Cook on a hot griddle until brown on both sides
