rice and bean burgers, add vegetables on hand

Recipe Ingredients for veggie burgers

1/2 cup cooked brown rice
3/4 cup black beans
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup bean juice or broth
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
3 clove fresh garlic minced
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for veggie burgers

use food processor or potato masher to combine all ingredients except oil. Heat oil in cast iron or non-stick pan, form patties and fry them up
