for a meatless variation of traditional burgers

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burgers

1 c. breadcrumbs
1 lb. frozen broccoli
1 lb. frozen spinach
3 eggs
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. mushrooms, packed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 kosher salt

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burgers

  1. blend all ingredients

  2. form into patties

  3. bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, turning over midway thru.
