A great tasting veggie burger to make ahead of time, freeze and warm up whenever you want!

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burgers

15 oz Black Beans
8 oz Mushrooms
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 clove Garlic
0.6 cup Quinoa
0.5 cup Spinach
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 cup, dry, yields Oats

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burgers

Beat egg and salt together. Cube all veggies (except garlic and carrots) and add to food chopper. Mince garlic and shred carrots. Mix all veggies and egg mixture into one large mixing bowl. Add steel cut rolled oats that are chopped really small to help mix better - you can do this in your food chopper first if needed. Fold in oats a little at a time - about 1/4 cup each time - until mixture will hold together to make patties. Cook at 350 for 10 minutes. Flip and cook other side for 10 minutes. Cool completely, freeze individually and warm up for lunch later.
