Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burger

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Onions
2 clove Garlic
3 teaspoon Cumin, Ground
1.5 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
4 tbsp Parsley
2 tbsp Oil, Sesame
4 oz (24 whole kernels) Almonds
1 cup, with hulls, edible yield Sunflower Seeds
4 oz Naturally Brewed Soya Sauce
5 large Egg, Whole
2 cup, grated Carrots
1/4 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burger

Saute chopped onion and minced garlic and cool in large bowl. Toast almonds and sunflower seeds. Puree rinsed black beans. Add all ingredients to the bowl and mix well. Form into patties, dredge in flour and quick fry in vegetale oil.
