Easy Veggie Burger - I used an organic garlic blend seasoning, and italian seasoned bread crumbs, you could add to your taste whatever seasoning you like

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burger

1/2 cup Quinoa, Organic
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1/2 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1/2 cup, diced Celery
4 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burger

Cook Quinoa according to directions, Cook califlower until tender. Cook green beans and mushrooms together. Let cool and blend all vegetables, mix together. Make into patties on cookie sheet, refrigerate or freeze. For best results you need to regrigerate for at least 2 - 3 hours before cooking. I used the george forman grill to cook.
