High fiber, high protein, low fat veggie burger

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burger

19 oz white kidney beans
15 oz black beans
1/2 c celery
1 c onion
1 tbs cajun seasoning
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1 egg
1 egg white
1/2 c frozen corn kernels

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burger

  1. combine all ingredients except flour, in a food processor

  2. pulse until mashed

  3. stir in flour

  4. cook on a hot griddle at 350 for 5-7 minutes per side
