Recipe Ingredients for veggie burger

115 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 courgette
1 carrot
25 g cashew nuts
115 g breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon olive oil

Recipe Directions for veggie burger

  1. cook mushrooms dry fry

  2. process onion, courgette, carrot & nuts in processor

  3. stir in mushrooms breadcrumbs 2tbsp fresh parsley and teaspoon marmite.

  4. shape into 4 burgers

  5. coat in flour

  6. chill for 30 mins in fridge

  7. heat a little oil in non stick pan

  8. cook for 8-10 minutes turning once
