Recipe Ingredients for Veggie burger recipe #1

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 clove garlic
3 green onions, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 cup mushrooms, diced
7 oz pinto beans

Recipe Directions for Veggie burger recipe #1

Put pinto beans in food processor with most of the olive oil. Cook the rest in a pan until the onions sweat and the mushrooms are cooked. Mix all together. Chill and form into patties.
