Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Burger #1

2 cups kashi seven grain pilaf
2 cups beef stock
1 ounce almonds
1 ounce cashews
1 ounce walnuts
1 ounce pecans
2 cups minced carrots
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Veggie Burger #1

  1. prepare kashi with beef broth

  2. finely chop nuts (blender)

  3. add pulp from vegetables to mixture of kashi and nuts

  4. add egg whites

  5. mix throughly and bake covered until done or brown in skillet with cooking spray
