flavorful broth with a little veggies

Recipe Ingredients for veggie broth

1 can vegetable broth
3 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1/2 cup celery
1/4 cup tomato

Recipe Directions for veggie broth

  1. on a low heat cook chopped onions, celery and garlic in a non stick pot until slightly soft

  2. pour in broth until just covering the onions and garlic

  3. add 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning and basil

  4. add pinch of red cayenne pepper

  5. add one bay leaf

  6. let simmer and stir

  7. throw in chopped tomatoes and the rest of broth

  8. stir for five minutes then add a dash of salt and pepper

  9. stir for five more minutes then let it cool for a few minutes

  10. serve
