Recipe Ingredients for veggie broth

2 gallon water
2 onions
4 stalks of celery
3 cups carrots
1 leeks
2 bell peppers
2 zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 cup green beans
8 ounces mushrooms

Recipe Directions for veggie broth

  1. Put water on.

  2. Clean, cut and add veggies.

  3. Simmer for 2 hours.

  4. Strain.
