1 Thomas light Whole grain English Muffin
1/2 oz vege Bologna
1/4 c egg beaters
1/2 oz low fat american cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Breakfast sandwich

  1. Coat an egg ring woth cooking spray and cook egg beater (can use 2 egg whites if you prefer)

  2. toast muffin while egg is cooking. place egg on muffin top with cheese while hot. cook bolonga about 30 seconds and place on cheese cover and enjoy.
