Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Breakfast Pizza w/ Egg Crust

1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
0.33 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup stir fry vegetables
1/4 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Veggie Breakfast Pizza w/ Egg Crust

Pour egg substitute in greased pan, cover and let cook for about 3 minutes. Flip egg "crust," cover and cook for another minute. Spread sauce, veggies and cheese on top, cover and cook until done. Serve and add seasoning to taste.
