Just a breakfast burrito with three kinds of veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie breakfast burrito

1 flour tortilla
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp dried cilantro
1/2 c mushrooms, diced
1/2 c bell pepper, diced
1/4 c onion, diced
1 slice ham, diced
2 egg whites, beaten

Recipe Directions for Veggie breakfast burrito

  1. Heat one tortilla.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, bell pepper, and onions to the heated oil. Sautee until the onions become translucent.

  3. Add the cilantro to the beaten egg. Pour the beaten egg and diced ham onto the vegetable mixture. Cook until the egg is scrambled.

  4. Put the scrambled egg mixture on the warm tortilla. Fold the tortilla and enjoy.
