Recipe Ingredients for veggie black bean soup

2 medium carrots
1 stalk celery
4 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
20 oz black beans
2 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for veggie black bean soup

  1. sautee onion, celery and carrot with salt and olive oil.

  2. grill tomatoes first

  3. put all in blender

  4. simmer soup to allow flavors to mesh

  5. eat and enjoy.
