Veggie Beef Taco Soup aka "Fat Flush Soup"

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Beef Taco Soup

16 oz Crushed Tomatoes
8 oz Beef, Ground, 90% Lean Meat / 10% Fat, Crumbles
2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties
1 small Onions
1.75 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
10 medium White Button Mushrooms Packaged
12 oz Kidney Beans ' Light Red
12 oz Blackeye Peas
6 tsp Old El Paso Seasoning Mix Taco
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic Chopped in Water
0.5 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Veggie Beef Taco Soup

Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Saute veggies in stock pot with oil. Add all ingredients except parsley and cilantro and simmer. Add parsley and cilantro at end.
