16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
2 cup Beans, Snap, Green
8 cup Vegetables, Mixed
2 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Veggie Beef Soup

  1. Cut beef into stew sized pieces

  2. Sear cut beef if desired

  3. Combine veggies and beef together in crock-pot

  4. Set crock-pot on medium and allow to slow cook 4-6 hours
