Recipe Ingredients for Veggie & bean stew

3 3/10 ounce kidney beans
16 ounce tomatoes, diced
1 cup chicken broth, fat free
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
4 Bouillon cube

Recipe Directions for Veggie & bean stew

  1. combine all ingredients in crockpot

  2. add additional water if necessary to ocover veggies

  3. simmer on low overnight or on high until veggies tender

  4. serve heated

  5. for a thick dip or puree type soup blend
