Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Bean soup

2 cup, chopped Broccoli
5 cup, shredded Cabbage, Cooked
1 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
2 cup slices Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, mashed Pumpkin
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
8 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared

Recipe Directions for Veggie Bean soup

put stock and all veggies in large soup pot and cook until veggies are soft. Mash veggies with potato masher and add black eyed peas. Cook unitl peas are soft and season to taste with salt and pepper.
