103 grams Tomatoes
80 grams mixed vegetables - peas, carrots, cauliflower
60 grams (McKenzie's) Four Bean Mix - Dry

Recipe Directions for Veggie and bean salad

Cook your dry beans first. When they are almost done put your mixed vegetables in. If you prefer cook them separately. When the cooked food is cool, mix the spinach and tomatoes
