Chopped veggie and white bean salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Bean Chopped Salad

7 large (1" to 1-1/4" dia) Radishes
1.5 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 cup slices Cucumber
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
5 oz Juice
3 serving Walnut Oil
0.75 tsp Sea Salt
0.25 tsp Pepper, Black
1 cup Cannellini Beans

Recipe Directions for Veggie Bean Chopped Salad

Chop all the veggies into 1/4 inches cube. Combine lemon juice, walnut oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the chopped veggies and add beans. Combine and store in fridge until serving time.
