Recipe Ingredients for Veggie Bean Burrito Filling

3 1/2 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 g) habanero
3 clove Garlic
2 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 cup Beans, Pinto, Mature Seeds
1 tbsp dried cilantro
2 cups green beans
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 Egg, Whole
1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Veggie Bean Burrito Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in pan. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Cook until tender. Add rest of ingredients and cook until heated through.

  2. Put 1/4-1/2 cup into tortilla. Add cheese, rice, etc. if desired.

  3. Bake in 350 oven for 10 minutes.
